Our unique destination location is close to major road networks, downtown Vancouver, YVR Airport, the USA border and Tsawwassen-Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall opened its doors in 1970 and has grown to be a community gathering place with over 40 shops and services nestled among scenic outdoor spaces. We are home to the first lower mainland Thrifty Foods location and Tsawwassen’s only enclosed mall until 2017. Many of our original shops are still here!
Tsawwassen is rooted in family and community and those values drive our operations as well. We focus on attracting owner-operated stores, treating guests like family and uniting the neighborhood through gatherings and special events. At Tsawwassen Town Centre, you’ll find independent retailers and service providers, chain stores, banks, and community services like the Tsawwassen Library and Community Police Station.
